Refund And Replacement Policy

The product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase if:

• The specified product has not been used,
• Its appearance is preserved,
• Its consumer properties are intact,
• Seals are intact,
• Product labels are intact,
• The product or cash receipt given to the consumer at the time of sale is preserved.

The consumer has the right to return the purchased product if the product was not available in the sale at the time of contacting the seller.

The following types of products are not subject to return or exchange:

• Smoked fish, except if they are packaged and have vacuum or other packaging issues
• Legumes, except if they are packaged and have vacuum or other packaging issues
• Jerky and snacks, except if they are packaged and have vacuum or other packaging issues
• Equipment, if they do not have a warranty and have been tested on-site
